Booking and cancellation policy

  • Our booking and cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to be a guest at Lavada and to protect our small business.
  • Appointment bookings can be made via our website, via phone, or whilst in clinic.
  • Lavada utilises ‘card capturing software’ to charge deposit fees. This requires you to enter a valid credit/debit card upon booking. Lavada requires a deposit of $100 for your treatment, which is non-refundable if you change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours or are a no-show. If you provide us the necessary 48 hours notice, we can either roll your deposit for a future treatment or provide a refund. (Full upfront payment as a deposit is required for any appointment 90 minutes or over, including all spa packages)
  • If you no-show to an appointment, please note that full payment is required for any missed appointment, or the pre-paid appointment will be forfeited.
  • Appointment cancellations can only be made via the Lavada phone number during office hours (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm), via email at hello@lavada.com.au during office hours, or by utilising the appointment email/timely link you were sent at the appointment booking time (noting this is only available outside of the 48-hour cut-off). Lavada does not accept cancellations from our automated SMS ‘do not reply’ system, text message, or social media messages.
  • Our booking and cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to be a guest at Lavada and to protect our small business. Please note that complimentary 15 minute consultations will not attract a cancellation fee or require a deposit, but still require card details to be entered.
  • If you have COVID-19 and notification of cancellation is received with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit will be rolled over for future treatments or refunded.

Complimentary 15 minute appointments policy

  • Strictly one appointment per person. Latecomers or no-shows will miss their booked appointment and will not be permitted to book another complimentary assessment.
  • Please respect the 15-minute complimentary time slot.

  • Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash
