Lavada requires a deposit of $100 for your treatment (or upfront full payment for any appointment 90 minutes or over) which is non-refundable if you change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours and any remaining pre-payment over $100 will be rolled over for a future appointment.

If you change/cancel within 24hrs or are a no-show the full treatment amount is deducted.

If you provide us the necessary 48 hours notice, we can either roll your deposit for a future treatment or provide a refund.

Our booking and cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to be a guest at Lavada and to protect our small business.

Latecomers or no-shows will miss their booked appointment and will forfeit their $50. Please respect the 15-minute appointment time slot.

If you have COVID-19 and notification of cancellation is received with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit will be rolled over for future treatments or refunded.

We are located in the IXL courtyard of 19A Hunter Street, near the Henry Jones Hotel. Please check our website to view our service menu, review our opening hours and book your appointment. Or feel free to call us on 0416 620 069.

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This allows time to ensure your pre-treatment consultation form is completed and time to unwind in the guest lounge with a refreshment. We want your time at Lavada to be a relaxed and wonderful experience, arriving late may result in a reduced treatment time; we’ll do our best to avoid that but it’s not always possible.

To ensure your treatment is the right fit for you, please inform us at the time of booking if you are pregnant or have any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may influence your treatment experience.

Regrettably, we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items we ask that you please leave jewellery and valuables at home.

To keep Lavada a place of calm and tranquillity, please ensure mobile phones are turned off and voices are kept low to maintain a relaxing environment for all.

Your confidentiality is of our highest importance, all personal information given remains strictly private and confidential.

Lavada caters exclusively for adults, therefore guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age to use the spa facilities and services. Guests between the ages of 15-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. We kindly request that no children be brought to your appointment so all guests can have the opportunity to relax.

There is 2 hour metered parking available directly outside the IXL Courtyard (Lavada’s entrance) along Hunter Street, alternatively there is various metered parking available along Evans Street behind the IXL Courtyard. Please allow enough time ahead of your appointment to park and make your way to Lavada. For appointments longer than 2 hours please utilise Sultans car park on Evans st, or car parks in the CBD.

Some treatments may not be suitable for pregnancy. Please let our team know at the time of booking if you are pregnant so we can assist you in the selection of the most suitable treatment for your stage of pregnancy.

Please note any treatments and services booked on a Sunday will incur a 10% surcharge.

At Lavada we accept EFTPOS and cash. We are also pleased to offer Afterpay and Zip Pay for all treatments.
